Iwata Pharma Packaging

IL PHARMA PACKAGING, a specialty manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive labels and labeling machines for pharmaceutical products, is located in the Aichi prefecture in Japan and was founded in 1962. IWATA LABEL, with over 50 years of experience in the labeling industry, moved to the pharmaceutical label market in 1977 by launching roll tack labels that comply with GMP standards. Early in the 90’s “LPE labels” were developed, which has both light-protection and shockproof functions. With this label, the so called “functional label” was established.
